Greg and I traveled to Birmingham last week to celebrate my best friend Meg's wedding! We had the most amazing trip and can't wait to see more of Meg and her wonderful husband, Armand. We love you both!

Dinner Conversation Last Night

Meagan- "I hear thunder."
Mommy- "I think that's an airplane."
(Meagan turns around to look out window.)
Meagan- "I don't see an airplane. It's dark outside. Go get the flashlight, please. Daddy put it in the laundry room."
(Mommy returns with flashlight.)
Meagan- "I see the airplane! Boss is on the airplane to Israel!"

Savannah's 6-month Checkup

Savannah had her big checkup today and weighs 15 lbs., 10 oz. (50%) and is 25.5" long (50%). She also started sitting up by herself this weekend! We are so proud of our little girl and can't believe half a year has already flown by. These next six months will be filled with creeping, crawling, and hopefully a few first steps! Let the Potty Training Begin!

Meagan unwrapped her very own princess potty last weekend and was so excited. She immediately knew what it was, but thought it would be more fun to put some toys in it, take it apart, then throw it in the bathtub! This should be interesting...

Dora the Explorer

Meagan had a great time seeing Dora live last night at the Orpheum! We had seats front and center, and Meagan loved seeing all her favorite characters dance and sing. She played with her Dora toy and kept saying, "Swiper, no swiping!" the entire ride home. Thanks, Grandmommy and Granddaddy!
